Account Executive / Inside Sales Rep – Patient Access Software

AHI Software, Inc., a fast growing software service provider for the healthcare industry is seeking an energetic and professional individual for a full-time position as a highly skilled Account Executive to sell our industry-leading SaaS software, proactively generate and follow-up on leads, cold-call, and professionally prospect to hospitals nationwide. The successful candidate must be task/detail/accuracy oriented, be able to multi-task, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as showcase expert organizational, report-writing, and presentation skills. Position will be based in our Miami Lakes, FL office. This is primarily an Inside Sales position with limited travel requirements. No telecommuting.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling to generate leads resulting in successful pipeline management
  • Performing web-based and on-site product demonstrations
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting
  • Maintaining contact database and meeting assigned quota and goals
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years health care sales background is preferred. Ideally in hospital patient access, accounting, billing, financial systems or enterprise revenue cycle solutions or related technologies
  • Heavy outbound phone work and email activities; average 80+ calls and emails per day
  • Proven ability to cold call for new business
  • Strong negotiation, telephone, PC, and closing skills
  • Must be a consistent over-quota achiever, with proven track record
  • Must be aggressive and have a high energy/passion for customer service, technology, and sales
  • May involve work after normal business hours, some travel to industry conferences, and being on-call
  • Professional, confident, “closer” personality
  • Solid work history and excellent professional references are required
  • User experience with SalesForce.com a plus
  • Bachelor Degree in related field desired
