Customer Support/Trainer

A fast growing software service provider for the healthcare industry is seeking an energetic and professional individual for a full-time position as a highly skilled Customer Support/ Trainer to advise, train, and support our customers and end-users of our healthcare industry-leading products nationwide. The successful candidate must be task/detail/accuracy oriented, be able to multi-task, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as showcase expert organizational and presentation skills. Position will be based out of our Miami Lakes, FL office.

Please Note: This position will require up to 60% travel nationwide. Travel will generally take place from Sunday afternoon to Friday evening. You must be resourceful, take initiative, and be comfortable in unfamiliar locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Frequent travel to client sites (hospitals, etc.) to conduct user training on our healthcare industry-leading software
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance via telephone, email, or in person
  • Diagnose software system and computer issues, while providing workable solutions to problems
  • Build and foster effective relationships to ensure future business potential
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Patient Access, Registrar, or Financial Services experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable and professional in front of an audience, while possessing excellent presentation and training skills
  • Help desk, technical support, and customer service experience preferred
  • Solid work history and excellent professional references are required
